Can I order online & pick up at a show to save on shipping? 
Yes - CONTACT US and we can arrange that.

Where are you located? Do you have a storefront? 
We are located in Buzzards Bay Massachusetts and work from our home. We do not have a storefront where you can come purchase our products.

 How can I save on shipping? 
If you are local to us CONTACT US to arrange for local pickup or pickup at a show.

My order has not arrived on the date USPS said it would, what do I do? 
We do everything possible to get your order out to you as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, once USPS has taken your 
there is not a lot we can do in regards to the actual delivery of your order. If your order has not arrived when the tracking number indicates or it shows delivered and you have not received it you can call USPS at 1 (800) 275-8777 and they can tell you what is happening with your package. All we can see on our end, is what you see in regards to the tracking information on the USPS website. 

We know this can be frustrating and we will help when we can, but we cannot ship out another package or refund your order until it is determined that your order will not be delivered or had been returned to us.
