Shipping Policy

Most orders are shipped via USPS with a tracking number. Depending on the size of the order we may ship UPS. Some items such as beach bags & easter basket are cheaper to ship UPS. At this time we ONLY ship to the USA.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our products (custom monograms), we do not accept returns for any reason. If you are unhappy with your product for any reason other than manufacturing defects, we will not be able to process a refund or a return. However, if your product has some kind of defect (photo must be provided via email) we will determine a partial refund amount based on the issue you are experiencing with your product.
